We inquire from personal blogs, youtube videos, official statistics, urban legends.
The research report is by no means the physical sum of the answers! One-to-one answer to any question or the focus group discussion stream, cannot be the result of a research! These answers are, at best, instant, messy photos.
We use quantitative and qualitative data together to reach out consumer insights from Market Research through User eXperience studies to Concept Tests.
